
Today was day 8, and I was very excited to measure my weight. I got up at 5:30 am, and my routine was the same. My weight was 62.5 kg. I started with 65.0 kg and within 7 days, lost 2.5 kg. I was amazed and delighted to learn the results. I felt very light and energetic after completing my detox programme.
Note – When you follow such a type of program properly, it gives you magical results. Detoxification is very important for everyone because we all lead a busy and stressful lifestyle. Our environment is polluted, and the food we eat is also not very pure and healthy. Because of this, toxins get accumulated in our bodies slowly. Due to the accumulation of these biological toxins, we face loss of appetite, lethargy, fatigue, sleep disturbances, etc. There is a need for the elimination of such toxins from our bodies and the cleansing of our bodies from time to time.
Today was my break day, so I only did a brisk walk for 40 minutes and staircase exercise. I will do it tomorrow also. After that, I will follow a 3-week diet plan.
Today was Yoga Day also. I did some yoga in the morning and prepared my favourite Indian food (Aloo ki sabji, Bhindi, Raita, Makhana Kheer, Poori, Chutney, and Salad). I enjoyed the whole day with my family, and in the evening, I had some milk and two slices of bread. Tomorrow is also a break day, but I have decided to take something light the next day.
